Refund policy
Peninsula Gear products carry a 30-day refund policy from the date you receive product.
- All returns must be returned in a “sellable” and unopened condition in order to receive a refund.
- Opened consumable products or damaged products cannot be refunded.
Peninsula Gear issued Return Merchant Authorization (RMA) number must be written on the outside of the return box. If there is no RMA on the box the return will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.
Peninsula Gear is not responsible for refunding the shipping costs to either originally send or to return products. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
- All products return for credit must be in the same condition as when they left our warehouse.
- All RMA’s are valid for 30 days from when they are issued.
- Any products not returned within the 30 day window will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and credit will be converted to in-store credit.
